WebCE Selects Alert Logic Security Application

Network security software developer Alert Logic revealed Wednesday that its Threat Manager application has been selected to enhance WebCE's network protection. WebCE is a supplier of continuing education courses to hundreds of thousands of licensed insurance professionals and financial planners. Alert Logic said WebCE will rely on Alert Logic’s software-as-a-service to ensure network security, compliance, threat monitoring and incident response. Compliance issues are critical to WebCE because its IT operations are subject to countless governmental rules and regulations, Alert Logic added. Founded in 2002, Alert Logic is headquartered in Houston.
