Ansira Buys Local Biz Now

Ansira Partners, a provider of technology-enabled marketing services which has an office in Dallas, says it has acquire Auburn Hills, Michigan-based Local Biz Now. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Ansira is owned by private equity investor Advent International. The company says it provides data analytics, campaign management, strategic planning, digital, web development, integrated media/search, creative, trade promotion and experiential marketing services.
