Asure Software Adds New Board Member

Austin-based Asure Software, which develops human resources management and workforce management software, said this week that it has named Dan Gill to its board of directors. Gill is the founder and co-managing partner of Silver Oak Services Partners (SOSP). SOSP recently sold iSystems to Asure. Gill also sits on the boards of Pediatric Dental Practice Management platform, PLA, PRN and VASA Fitness.
