Asure Software Buys Software Vendor

Austin-based Asure Software, a developer of workforce management software, said Monday that it has acquired ADI Time, a Rhode Island-based vendor of cloud computing time and attendance software. Asure Software said it would pay $7M, including $6M in cash plus $1M in a three year seller's note for ADI Time. Asure said the acquisition will allow it to bring ADI Time's solution to a much larger marketplace.
