Asure Software Buys PeopleCube

Austin-based Asure Software, the developer of workplace management software, said this morning that it has acquired PeopleCube, a developer of software used for workspace planning and layout software. Asure said it paid $9.8M in cash, plus a $3M two year seller's note, plus issued 255,000 shares of its common stock for PeopleCube. PeopleCube was based in Framingham, Mass.
