AT&T Completes Ingenio Acquisition

San Antonio-based AT&T said Monday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of Ingenio. Ingenio is a provider of pay-per-call technology used to connect local businesses with customers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed; AT&T had said it would acquire Ingenio in November. According to AT&T, Ingenio will become part of Yellowpages.com. The transaction is expected to have minimal impact on At&T's results, the firm said.
