Dallas Infomart Merges With Fortune Data Centers

Dallas Infomart, the data center operator based in Dallas, has merged with Fortune Data Centers, a developer, owner, and operator of data centers, the two said today. Both are owned by ASB Allegiance Real Estate Fund. The companies said the move combines the two under a single operating company, the newly renamed Infomart Data Centers. ASB is a $3.9M real estate fund. The combined company now has operations in Silicon Valley, Portland, Dallas, and a new planned location in Ashburn, Virginia.
