Infomart Dallas Now Part Of Equinix

Infomart Dallas, one of the largest Internet interconnect hubs in the United States, is now officially part of Equinix, Equinix said today, after its $800M deal to buy the major hub. The deal, originally announced in February, provides an additional 1.6 million square feet of space to Equinix, and more than 50 tenants. Infomart Dallas had previously been owned by ASB Real Estate Investments. Equinix said that 28 Infomart employees, primarily in the operations functions of the acquired facility, have become Equinix employees or contractors.
