Diodes Adds New Director

Dallas-based Diodes Incorporated, a manufacturer of discrete and analog semiconductors, announced today that it has elected Michael K.C. Tsai to its board of directors. Tsai replaces Dr. Shing Mao, who is retiring from the board. Tsai was the co-founder of Taiwanese firm Powerchip Semiconductor. Tsai also sites on the baords of Maxchip Electronics, UP Semiconductor, Ubiq Semiconductor, and Silicon Optronics.
