Diodes Completes Pericom Semiconductor Buy

Plano-based semiconductor developer Diodes Incorporated said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Pericom Semiconductor. Diodes said the acquisition will help expand its product line. The deal was worth approximately $413M, or $17.75 per share of Pericom stock, in cash. Diodes is led by Dr. Keh-Shew Lu.
