Diodes Completes Zetex Buy
Dallas-based Diodes Incorporated, a manufacturer of both discrete and analog semiconductors, said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Zetex plc. The all-cash deal was originally announced in April, and is worth $176M. Diodes said the deal will create a company with a combined 2007 revenue of $528M, and strengthen the firm's products in the industrial and automotive market.
