Federos Gets Series B

Frisco, Texas-based Federos, a developer of IT service management tools and services, has raised a Series B funding round, the company said today. Size of the funding was not announced. According to the company, the new funding was led by Evolution Capital Partners, which was also the lead on its first institutional funding round in 2016. Size of the investment was not announced. According to Federos, the funding also included un-named family offices from the U.S., Germany, and Austria. David Knight is CEO of Federos. The company offers up its service management solution, including fault, performance, topology, and service level management services and software, to carrier and enterprise clients.
