GOZIRRA Acquires OG2

Dallas-based IT consulting firm GOZIRRA said today that it has acquired OG2, Inc., a fellow Dallas-based technology services firm, in a deal of undisclosed size. Both firms provide IT services to small and medium sized businesses. According to GOZIRRA, the move creates a company with a staff of 17. The firms said the move helps expand GOZIRRA into the banking and health services industry.
