Indeed Buys MoBolt For Mobile Job Search

Austin-based Indeed has acquired MoBolt, a developer of mobile job search and application tools. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. MoBolt was based in Minnesota. MoBolt's customers include Nike, Electronic Arts, Autodesk, TUI Travel & AOL. Indeed said it acquired MoBolt for its mobile technology, as it has found that nearly 50 percent of job seekers are now looking for and applying to jobs through their mobile devices.
