Ladder Names Executive Team

Austin-based Ladder, which operates an online, digital marketplace for matching health and wellness professionals with customers, has named six professionals to its executive team, the company recently announced. According to the company, it has named Tom Digan as President, Justin Forte as Director of Product, Chad Geraci as Director of Design, Zach Allia Director of Magic, Jamie Brooks as Head of Recruiting, and Greg Drewganis as Head of Digital Growth. Digan was previously at Sorin Capital Management; Forte was recently at Mautic; Geraci was previously at Paypal; Allia was the founder of Free Gifts; Drewganis was previously at Beachbody; and Brooks was at ofo.
