NTT Data Services Completes Sierra Systems Group Acquisition

Plano, Texas-based NTT DATA Services said Monday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of Sierra Systems Group. The deal was originally announced in October. NTT Data Services said the acquisition will expand its presence and capabilities in Canada. NTT Data Services says the acquisition will help it obost its capabilities in the area of services for Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle and ServiceNow. The newly acquired company will be led by Pat Kaiser, who had been Chief Operating Officer of Sierra Systems.
