NTT DATA Buys Sierra Systems

Plano-based NTT Data Services, which provides global technology services outsourcing, said late Monday that it has acquired Sierra Systems Group, a Canadian IT services firm that was a subsidiary of The Sierra-Cedar Group, Inc. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Sierra Systems was based in Vancouver, British Columbia. NTT DATA said Sierra Systems had offered up IT consulting, systems integration, and application managed services across Canada. The Siera-Cedar Group was advised by TM Capital in the transaction. NTT DATA bought Plano-based Dell Services back in 2016.
