Ortho Kinematics Raises $9.6M

Austin-based Ortho Kinematics, a developer of diagnostic imaging equipment specifically aimed at spine surgery, has raised $9.6M in a Series C funding. The funding came from Medtronic, TEXO Ventures, MB Venture Partners, along with others. The company said that Gary Stevenson of MB Venture Partners joins its board with the funding. The funding goes twowards expanded commercialization of the company's products. Ortho Kinematics is led by Paul Gunnoe. More information »
