Planview Buys Projectplace

Austin-based Planview announced this morning that it has acquired Projectplace, a developer of cloud-based project collaboration software. Financial details of the buy wer enot announced. Planview said the deal will create a comany with a combined $125M in re venues. Projectplace was based in Sweden.
