Rackspace CFO To Retire

San Antonio-based Rackspace said late Thursday that its CFO, Bruce Knooihuizen, is planning to retire from the company. Knooihuizen is 55, and joined the firm in 2008. According to Rackspace, it will conduct an internal and external search for a replacement, and Knooihuizen will remain with the firm to facilitate the transition, retiring once he's found a replacement. Rackspace is a provider of web hosting and managed computing services.
