Skywire Buys Docucorp For $127M

Dallas, Texas-based Docucorp, a provider of software for communicating with customers, and Skywire Software, a enterprise software firm, said today that Skywire will acquire Docucorp in a $127M deal. Skywire is a subsidiary of Hall Financial Group. Docucorp is being advised in the deal by Canaccord Adams Inc. Skywire and Hall Financial Group are being advised by Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC.
