Snow Software Names Chief Customer Officer

Austin-based Snow Software, which develops software asset management products, announced on Thursday that it has named a Chief Customer Officer, to help lead the company's customer care function. According to Snow Software, Richard Anderson has been named to the position, after having served as Vice president of Worldwide Customer Success at the company. Anderson previously served as Coupa Software, Atex, Bazaarvoice, SDL International, NetSuite and RightNow Technologies. Snow Software is backed by such investors as Sumeru Equity Partners and Ontario Pension Board.
