SOS Security Acquired By Illinois Firm

SOS Security, a Houston-based provider of information security products and services, has been acquired by an Illinois firm, Forsythe Technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Forsythe said that SOS Security was founded in 2001, and expects to exceed $40M in 2012 revenues. SOS Security provides network security services and products. Forsythe said the buy expands its presence in the Southwestern United States.
