Wayport Expands Board

Austin, Texas-based Wayport, a provider of software and applications for carrier networks, said this week that it has named two new members to its board of directors. Doug McCormick, former chairman and CEO of iVillage, and Larry Katzen, a former regional manager at Arthur Andersen, have both joined the company's board. McCormick was also formerly president and CEO of Lifetime Television; Katzen also served on the board of the Kellwood Company.
