BMH Acquired By UnicornHRO

Dallas, Texas-based Bonnecaze, McLeroy, and Harrison (BMH) a developer of human resources information and payroll software, has been acquired by New Jersey-based UnicornHRO. UnicornHRO said today that it has completed its acquisition of BMH, which develops an integrated software system, Open4 HRIS, used by human resources for managing payroll data, query and reporting, and self-service. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
