Symon Communications Acquires Message-Link

Digital communications developer Symon Communications has purchased Message-Link, a video communications provider that caters to the hospitality industry, Symon announced Monday. Terms are the deal were not made public. According to Symon, the transaction grants the company possession of Message-Link's hospitality software interface, the Automatic Meeting Display, which is used to present daily meetings and events to hotel guests and visitors. Message-Link is based in St. Louis. Symon Communications is headquartered in Plano, Texas.
