Entrust Unveils Open Fraud Intelligence Network
Security software developer Entrust Inc. has released a vendor-neutral network that the company believes will improve anti-fraud tactics through better sharing of data and ideas, the company announced Wednesday. The Dallas, Texas-based firm said its Entrust Open Fraud Intelligence Network isn't limited to a single vertical market, adding that the service utilizes Internet Engineering Task Force standards to collaborate openly with financial institutions and other security-conscious organizations. Entrust also said that its new service considers more than just IP-based data, and that it is compatible with the company's line of security software, including IdentityGuard and TransactionGuard.
