Vignette Adds User-Generated Content

Austin, Texas-based Vignette said today that it has released the latest version of the firm's Vignette Collaboration product, the company's software for managing business collaboration. As part of the release, the firm said that it has added new user-generated content, and social networking applications designed to allow orgnizations to capture, share, and reuse information. The new features include Web 2.0 features such as blog, RSS, and wiki support; along with social networking features.
