Cirrus Logic Names CEO

Austin, Texas-based Cirrus Logic has named a new President and CEO, the firm said today. Cirrus Logic said that Jason Rhode, Ph.D., the firm's former vice president and general manager of its Mixed Signal Audio product line, was named to the position. Rhode joined the firm in 1995 as an analog design engineer. Cirrus Logic is a developer of analog and mixed signal integrated circuits.
