DataCert Opens Frankfurt Office

DataCert Inc., a developer of legal and IP spend management software, reported Wednesday that it has opened an office in Frankfurt, Germany. The company said its newest location will support corporate law departments in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. This is DataCert’s third European office since 2005—DataCert expanded to London in January 2005 and to Paris in February of this year. DataCert said its growth into European markets accounted for 50 percent of new corporate client sales orders in 2006. Headquartered in Houston, DataCert services 58 Fortune 500 clients and processes more than $9 billion in electronic invoicing data each year.
