DataCert Selected By United Air Lines

Houston-based DataCert, which develops enterprise legal management software, reported today that it has been selected by United Air Lines, to provide consolidated legal matter and legal spend management capabilities to the legal department of the company. Size of the enterprise deal was not announced. DataCert said United is using its Passport technology platform to manage its legal infrastructure. DataCert said it has been providing software to United for over 5 years, which had previously been using a legacy spend management and reporting solution from the company.
