AirBorn Acquires Two Companies
Electronic connector manufacturer AirBorn reported Monday that it has acquired two manufacturing companies. Though it did not disclose terms of the transactions, AirBorn said it has purchased StrataFLEX of Toronto and Central Minnesota Tool of Little Falls, Minn. AirBorn said CMT, which services the automotive, military aviation, medical instrumentation and telecom industries, provides turnkey stamping, moldings and automation capability assembly. StrataFLEX designs and manufactures flexible printed circuits and assemblies for the military aviation, medical instrumentation and industrial markets. AirBorn is headquartered in Addison, Texas.
