NetQoS Integrates With Cisco WAN Devices

Austin, Texas-based NetQoS, a developer of software for monitoring network and application performance, said earlier this week that it is working with Cisco to develop a management interface for measuring WAN optimization. The firm said that its software will allow IT organizations to validate the results of their WAN optimization deployments. The firm's software has been integrated as part of Cisco's Wide Area Application Services (WAAS) devices. NetQOS also said that NetQoS and Cisco will engage in joint marketing, sales, and support around the solution.
