NetQoS Enhances Alert Software
Austin-based NetQoS, which develops software used for monitoring application service levels and network performance, said Monday that the firm has launched a new software product called Anomaly Detection. According to NetQoS, the new software is used for network behavior analysis, and allows its customers to troubleshoot and monitor networks for abnormal network patterns. According to NetQoS, the product can be used to pinpoint misconfigured devices, unexpected or unauthorized user activity, or unauthorized new equipment and applications. The new software starts at $20,000.
