COADE Appoints Controller

COADE Inc., a publisher of plant engineering and design software, reported Tuesday that it has hired Douglas W. Hanson as controller. The company said Hanson possesses an extensive amount of experience in corporate financial management. Most recently, COADE explained, Hanson served as vice president at Odyssea Marine. He also worked at Horizon Offshore as international controller, COADE said. The Houston-based company added that Hanson’s duties at COADE will cover all aspects of financial management, from budgeting and reporting to accounting and control implementation.
