StepStone Chooses Austin for U.S. Headquarters

Norway-based human resources technology and software firm StepStone Solutions revealed Thursday that it has established its U.S. headquarters in Austin, Texas. StepStone, which is a subsidiary of StepStone ASA, said Bucky Couch will oversee its Austin operations as managing director, Americas. StepStone noted that its U.S. sales force tripled in 2007. To supervise those ranks, StepStone said it has also hired Shelley Ingram as vice president of customer success. Prior to joining StepStone, the company noted, Ingram managed Hire.com's Solution Center and Authoria Inc.'s on-demand services. StepStone is headquartered in Oslo and provides online job listings and related services.
