i2, Boardwalktech Ink Reseller Deal

Dallas-based i2 Technologies Inc., a publisher of supply chain management software, revealed Monday that it has signed an international reseller agreement with Boardwalktech Inc., a spreadsheet-optimization firm. According to i2, it will market and resell Boardwalktech's Boardwalk Enterprise Spreadsheet, or BES, application. i2 explained that it and Boardwalktech are offering BES as a collaborative, "intelligent" link between i2's demand management software and Microsoft Excel for the desktop. i2 noted that it is already reselling BES worldwide. Boardwalktech is a privately held company headquartered in Palo Alto, Calif.
