Dell Acquires UK Data Storage Firm

Round Rock-based computer maker Dell said Friday morning that it has signed an agreement to acquire The Networked Storage Company (TNWSC), a U.K.-based data storage IT consulting firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Networked Storage Company is based in Epson, U.K. According to Dell, it plans to incorporate TNWSC's experitse and methodology as part of its consulting offerings. Dell said that TNWSC's customers include several of Europe's leading financial institutions.
