WiQuest Trumpets Wireless USB Wins

Allen, Texas-based UWB semiconductor firm WiQuest said earlier this week that the firm's technology is now being used in more than 85% of Certified Wireless USB products. The firm claimed that it leads the UWB industry in the number of products shipping form leading PC and aftermarket OEMs; the firm develops semiconductors and reference designs for Certified Wireless USB. That standard allows consumers to connect printers, hard drives, cameras, and other peripherals via a wireless connection at high speed.
