National Instruments Buys microLEX Systems

Austin-based National Instruments said this morning that it has acquired microLEX Systems A/S, a provider of instrumentation for the video, audio, and mixed-signal testing market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. National Instruments said that the acquisition will expand its growth in the professional and consumer video and audio test market. microLEX is based in Hørsholm, Denmark, and has 19 employees.
