Productive Gap Acquired By Consulting Firm
Microsoft consulting specialist Tribridge reported Wednesday that it has acquired Austin, Texas-based Productive Gap, a provider of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software and services. Financial terms of the transaction, which closed March 1, were not disclosed. Productive Gap spun off from Onsite Computer Solutions in January 2007. The company has been consulting clients on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM business platform since its beta release in 2002. Ed Benson, Productive Gap's co-founder, will join Tribridge's CRM division as a senior manager, Tribridge said. Tribridge is headquartered in Tampa, Fla., and maintains offices throughout the country.
