Hitachi Consulting Acquires Spanish Firm

Dallas-based Hitachi Consulting, a provider of IT consulting and related services, said today that it has acquired Spanish firm Aptivo Consulting, S.A.. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Hitachi Consulting said the buy would expand its global footprint and ability to offer technology solutions worldwide, particularly in Spain and Portugal.
