Skywire Software Spins Off iWave Software

Skywire Software, publisher of software for the insurance, financial services and legal and professional services industries, announced Monday that it has spun off its successful iWave Integrator software line into an independent company named iWave Software LLC. Skywire said iWave Software will be an independent vendor of information technology service management integration applications. Brent Rhymes, who previously served as general manager for iWave Integrator, will lead the new company as president and chief executive officer. Skywire Software is based in Grapevine, Texas. iWave Software will be headquartered in Frisco, Texas. Both companies are privately held subsidiaries of the Hall Financial Group.
