iWave Software Buys Product Line From Enigmatec

Frisco-based iWave Software, a developer of IT process automation software, announced today that it has acquired Enigmatec's EMS Run Book Automation Suite. Financial terms of the deal wre not disclosed. iWave said the acquisition would be a "key addition" to its cloud management strategy. Enigmatec's software is used for automating management of data centers. iWave said that after the acquisition, it will assimilate Enigmatec's operations into an existing UK-based office. iWave is backed by the Hall Financial Group.
