ACS Names Ex-Citigroup COO Druskin to Board

Dallas-based business process outsourcing specialist Affiliated Computer Services Inc. reported Wednesday that it has appointed Robert Druskin to its board of directors. In addition to serving as an independent director, ACS said Druskin will chair the board's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and sit on its Audit Committee. ACS said the 60-year-old Druskin retired from Citigroup in December. At the time, he was chief operations officer and a member of the company's office of the chairman. Druskin has also enjoyed stints with Smith Barney, Shearson Lehman Brothers Inc. and Shearson Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
