eGistics, Partner in Strategic Development Deal

Dallas-based eGistics Inc., a provider of hosted image and data archiving and management services for the financial services industry, revealed Monday that it has formed a strategic alliance with payment-processing software developer US Dataworks Inc. eGistics said the two companies are working together to offer billers and retailers solutions that streamline the management of remotely captured images and data. Toward that end, eGistics noted that it and its partner are currently providing distributed capture users with a hosted archive platform that facilitates access to images and data while accelerating exceptions processing. The financial impact of the partnership was not disclosed.
