eGistics Inks Multi-year Deal

Dallas-based eGistics revealed today that it has landed a multi-year contract with national claims and risk management provider Avizent of Columbus, Ohio. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. According to eGistics, it will supply Avizent with a hosted platform for archiving and retrieving workers' compensation claims documents. eGistics said it will also provide Avizent with multiple document-capture capabilities, such as batch upload and scan-to-Web. eGistics noted that its platform should help Avizent optimize its claims document collection processes by enabling electronic routing and document management across the enterprise.
