AlterPoint Opens EMEA Office in London

Open network management software publisher AlterPoint Inc. revealed Tuesday that it has officially launched its operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The Austin, Texas-based company said its EMEA headquarters are located in London and will focus on providing localized sales, marketing and pre-sales support to its growing customer and partner base across Europe. Dave Barry, vice president and managing director of EMEA, will lead the group, AlterPoint said. Founded in 2001, AlterPoint develops open network management software that aims to optimize network costs and align information technology practices with business imperatives.
