AlterPoint Adds Cisco Support

Austin, Texas-based AlterPoint has added support for a set of tools from Cisco, the firm announced this morning. AlterPoint, which develops network management software, said that it has integrated its NetworkAuthority Analytics product with CiscoWorks Resource Manager Essentials. The Cisco package is used for administering Cisco hardware. AlterPoint's software is used to analyze and optimize network changes. AlterPoint is venture backed by Austin Ventures, JK&B Capital and Palomar Ventures.
