LifeSize Signs Teleconferencing Provider

LifeSize, an Austin, Texas-based manufacturer of high-definition videoconferencing equipment, revealed Monday that videoconferencing software and service provider Face to Face Live Inc. has designated LifeSize as its key technology partner. LifeSize said Face to Face has equipped its global network operations center and its customer network with LifeSize's high-definition video endpoints, management software and infrastructure systems. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. LifeSize said Face to Face is using LifeSize's products to deliver 1280 x 720-resolution video at 30 frames per second over existing broadband networks using as little as 1 Mbps of bandwidth. Founded in 2006, Face to Face Live is headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz.
